PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
Shipping timeframes are estimates and occasional delays do occur. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
